From vision to detail: You take the main responsibility for our product design of concrete parts and the entire Release Roadmap Head of own product development and coordination of cross-company cooperation with GOLDBECK-Kolleg:inside Practical engineering activities in complex development projects – statics, reinforcement management, component optimization Hands-on belongs to us Integrating Design for Manufacturing in Prefabricated Parts as an integral part of the concept development for the pilot factory Close cooperation with product management and material development (carbon concrete)

Complete study in the field of civil engineering (construction engineering, solid construction) or comparable technical training Long-standing professional experience in product development/construction of precast concrete parts, reinforced concrete components or construction products you bring - construction standards are not unknown to you First leadership experience in managing technical teams Knowledge of static and structural design of reinforced concrete components Safe decision-making – even dynamic and complex situations are no obstacle to you Embossed design-for-manufacturing-Mindset especially in finished parts Strong collaborative capability – you can take influence without direct power Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
