Interior designer / Architect: Planning innovative spaces (m/f/d)

Active cooperation in holistic consulting and demand assessment in projects Designing user-centric design concepts from Office (focus), retail and hospitality, design guidelines and sustainable material concepts Creating Moodboards, Material Collages, 3D Visualizations and Presentations Developing and applying brand experience and translation of brand values in interior design concepts Continuing the execution planning of the rooms, creating detailed planning for the equipment units we developed Creative cooperation in interdisciplinary planning teams together with engineers and specialist planners

Complete study of interior architecture or architecture At least 2-3 years of professional experience in planning with focus on interior design and design Knowledge of the performance phases 1-5 according to HOAI Knowledge of the Workplace Directives, DGUV regulations, DIN standards and construction regulations Safe handling in CAD programs preferably Revit, common graphics tools (e.g. Photoshop), SketchUp and MS Office Communication strength and customer orientation Working team skills and pleasure in an interdisciplinary team Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as good English knowledge
