Processing and further development of requirements for the control of IT processes within the framework of the current regulatory provisions Planning, coordination, implementation and quality assurance of the soft introduction process Creation and maintenance of a central licence inventory Recommendations for adapting licence models based on the actual requirements of the funding institution Monitoring and management of software licences, including procurement, distribution and renewal Design & Control IT Emergency Processes/Procurement Plans (BCM) Processing and coordination of internal and external audits related to IT operations IT risk management under the corporate governance framework Support in the creation and, if necessary, independent creation, maintenance and evaluation of necessary concepts, such as operating (DV), security and authorization concepts Advice on professional questions on identity and rights management (IAM)

Successfully completed studies in the field of Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration and the like. Confidence with legal framework conditions and an understanding of compliance requirements Ability to analyze IT systems and processes to identify and evaluate compliance risks Knowledge of IT security and IT emergency processes/instruments Understanding the Required Aspects of Software Licenses as well as the ability to edit complex licensing conditions and requirements High IT affinity and process understanding Experience in creating and evaluating concepts Reliable, analytical and structured operation Social competences as well as a strong communication capability
