HR Legal Counsel & HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

We are looking for a HR Legal Counsel & HR Business Partner (m/w/d).

Global HR Contact: You act as contact persons for our approximately 50 international subsidiaries in HR-relevant questions. Global HR topics: You work independently on the further development and implementation of global HR topics such as bonus processes, digitalization, HR governance and the harmonisation of global standards. International cooperation: You coordinate international labour law issues and work closely with law firms abroad. Local staff support: You serve selected executives and employees at the headquarters along the entire employee lifecycle. Legal advice: You independently advise on all individual and collective labour matters and create the employment contracts and individual agreements. Labour law: You accompany labour disputes as competent contact persons and in individual cases take over the employer's judicial representation in employment court proceedings. Works council work: You represent the employer to the works council, act as a sovereign respondent in all business constitutional matters and negotiate business and business agreements in close coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Qualification: You ideally bring a completed law degree with 2nd state exams; an admission as a syndicate attorney is advantageous. Professional experience: You have relevant professional experience in labour law, ideally combined with HR Business Partnering in international corporate structures. Industrial experience: You bring experience to a global industrial company and feel safe in a complex environment. Legal expertise: You have a well-founded knowledge of labour law and business constitutional law. Contract and Regulatory Competence: You have practical experience in creating and negotiating labour law contracts and operational rules. Consultancy skills: You advise you in a sovereign, pragmatic and solution-oriented manner. Language competence: You bring knowledge of German and English that is safe for negotiation. Intercultural competence: You enjoy global cooperation and bring a high level of intercultural sensitivity.
