For our machinery & equipment department (purchasing/sales) in Duisburg we are looking for you to complement our dynamic and dedicated team in Category Management. For the delivery of our regional cooperatives, we obtain all technical bakery and confectionery equipment in the department. The wide range range ranges from agitated beer to a fully automated dough machine.

After individual involvement with the team, you perform the following tasks:

Disposition of customer orders (25 regional cooperatives) Customer and supplier talks Creation of offers Collection and processing of orders, orders and requests Price and master data maintenance Retour and complaint management Creation of evaluations and statistics support the management of the department in the preparation and documentation of supplier discussions and in the context of project work, such as trade fairs and tenders; Processing of route accounting and clarification of price and quantity differences

Successfully completed commercial vocational training Self-responsible and structured working methods Team skills Very good communication and organizational capability Experience in working with an ERP system Safe handling of MS Office products Knowledge of bakery/confectionery desirable English language skills desirable
