Agile Coach / Scrum Master (m/f/d)

As Agile Coach or Scrum Master of the Agile Process, you will usually accompany and coach agile teams of our customers for about six to 24 months, as well as promote agile patterns of thought and transitions from corporations and major mid-sized companies. In addition, you may be able to perform a workshop on agile topics or to appear as a speaker at an agile conference if you have a potential for it. And after the end of the project, a new challenge awaits you with a new customer, so that monotony does not occur at all.

You have collected several (min. 5) years of practical experience in using agile methods in at least 3 different projects, ideally in complex IT and change projects, German and English in word and writing You speak fluently, like other languages, You are ready to travel, both to the weekly team day and to the customer, and you come from the Rhineland or want to move here, You have current certifications in Scrum (Scrum Master/ Product Owner), Kanban and SAFe (RTE / SPC), as well as a certification in project management (Prince 2 / PMP). We are happy to see further certifications. And the most important thing is that you are a sympathetic and empathic person and a good team player who never loses the added value for the customer in the effort of the project.
