Check technology, control processes: your role in maritime construction monitoring. You carry your employees professionally during the installation and commissioning phase of a system/plant on board. In addition, you coordinate the activities and manage the procurement of additional resources in close coordination with the construction site manager, the work preparation and the customer's contact person. In addition, you are responsible for the coordination and monitoring of subcontractors as well as logistical processes – in close coordination with the building site manager. You take over the cost and time monitoring of the installation and commissioning, including the creation and follow-up of schedules, the systematic collection, tracking and reporting of additional costs and the evaluation of commercial risks. Your area of responsibility also includes the implementation and continuous optimization of the quality assurance of subcontractors. Furthermore, you are in constant exchange with internal stakeholders to clarify, for example, technical matters. You recognize and minimise security risks.

You have completed a training as well as a training as a master:in or technician:in the field of electrical engineering successfully completed. Ideally, you have at least two years of professional experience in the field of electrical installation on ships – but this is not a mandatory requirement. In addition, you are motivated to acquire your lack of expertise by training. You communicate clearly, work structured and keep an overview of complex projects. German language skills and good English skills in word and writing complete your profile.
