The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. We focus on people in which we strengthen the awareness of security through awareness measures, promote exchange and cooperation and increase visibility through targeted measures.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for developing innovative concepts & measures to increase information security, for all employees of the group
• You will unleash new content for group-wide Security Awareness training
• You are responsible for the design and implementation of internal phishing campaigns
• You develop a strategy to market cyber security
• You work with the information security officers from over 30 countries to develop appropriate awareness actions

Your profile

• You are creative, innovative and know how to reach and take people
• You bring experience in the development of strategies for employee awareness in companies
• You enjoy the conception of Awareness campaigns and awareness programs
• You will be happy to communicate in German and English in word and writing
