Preparation of the technical feasibility and realization of a project Cooperation in the project team with colleagues in project management, planning and calculation Contact to external parties (suppliers, subcontractors, specialist planners, authorities, utilities etc.) for fine tuning Exhaustion of optimization potentials and further development of procurement strategies Preparation and evaluation of tenders Creating performance directories Retrieval and evaluation of subcontractor offers Technical and commercial contracts. Ggfs. also on site at construction site Order creation and processing Supplier and subcontractor assessment Project visits and coordination talks with construction management and NU Project-related accounting

You have completed engineering training (engineering / construction technician) Finded knowledge in the current MS Office programs (Word, Excel, MS Project and Outlook) as well as with Nevaris and Allplan by Nemetschek Knowledge of planning techniques, as well as building regulations Commercial understanding and cost awareness Individual initiative, openness, team capacity, commitment and flexibility Responsibility and reliability Good knowledge of German is required for this position
