Quality Engineer in Quality Management (m/w/d)

As a method expert, they develop the QM methods and QM tools and ensure the efficient application for marine vessel design. In this role, you define new necessary methods and tools based on mandatory rules, special customer requirements and the respective quality levels of ongoing projects. They are contact persons for the fields of application and training of methods and tools. They carry out improvement projects (initiating, planning, performing, controlling and closing) as a result. For continuous improvement, guide quality circles (Six Sigma Projects, QVP, KAIZEN) or participate as a team member. An integral part of your task is the auditing of suppliers as a contribution to securing supplier quality. They act as consultants of suppliers with regard to the introduction and application of methods and tools.

They have a successfully completed technical study, preferably with the subject of quality management, alternatively mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or computer science. Practical experience in quality management of over 5 years is available. Insufficient standards and regulations of quality management and the defence industry are well known to you. You can safely control the 7Q / 7M / 7D tools. They additionally master advanced methods and tools, in particular for problem solving, Six Sigma, QFD, FMEA, DRBFM, FTA, Turtle method, 8D analysis, APQP/PPAP. Statistical methods and distribution models can be used safely. In SAP S/4HANA and MS Office applications, you know each other. They have a certain knowledge of English in word and writing. They convince your environment through safe occurrence, diplomacy and communication strength. An independent and structured way of working, including in team work, is of course for you. They have pleasure in business trips in Germany and abroad.
