Projektleiter (d/w/m) Munich, Bavaria, Germany

They support investments in infrastructure (in particular renewable energies) and real estate financing. They deal with legal issues in cooperation with management companies and external asset managers as well as in the structuring of financial market products. They carry out restructuring in the real estate financing and infrastructure sectors. They analyse legal (national and international), supervisory and regulatory requirements, guide practical recommendations and communicate with the relevant supervisory authorities. They design and negotiate investment and transaction documents, design contracts and manage external legal advisers. They work independently in bodies, projects and special tasks.

A completed training as a full lawyer with at least one predicate exam. At least three years of professional experience as a lawyer or a syndicate, ideally with a focus on business or business Economic law. Relevant knowledge of capital investment, banking and capital market law is advantageous. Pleasure of cross-disciplinary, conceptual and analytical thinking as well as a strong sense of decision and responsibility. A pronounced problem-solving and design competence in conjunction with a good understanding of economic relationships. An agile and team-oriented way of working as well as a self-understanding as an active consultant. English language skills.
