Our client is one of the leading companies in logistics in Europe and is strategically expanding the insurance sector. For the next step of growth we are looking for a personality that controls both operationally reliable and also significantly shapes the further structure of the unit.

Takeover of a lead role within the insurance department as well as technical and structural further development of the internal insurance team Consulting and support in complex insurance issues Ensuring a structured, high-quality operating daily business Control, coordination and technical coordination with external partners (in particular brokers and damage workers) Examination and assessment of policies, customer contracts and agreements, in particular in the areas of transport liability, transport and property insurance Responsibility for proper inclusion, documentation and transfer of damages to the respective insurers Continuous analysis and assessment of existing risks and cover concepts Close cooperation with management, specialist departments and external project partners to develop structures, processes and governance

Successfully completed studies Experience in managing insurance projects Strong analytical competence and readiness to learn Basic regulatory understanding (e.g. for contract analyses) and a high interest in insurance-relevant issues willingness to reintegrate into the operational day-to-day business Enforcement, empathy and reliability Ability to make decisions, to question critically and to position confidently towards brokers Pragmatic, structured and solution-oriented operation German and very good English skills
