Focus on full-time membership and financial accounting You are the hub between our members and our internal administration. You like the mix of precise number focus and empirical communication. Our headquarters and future workplace are located on the UN Campus Bonn – the global centre of sustainability.

Accounting: You are joking safely with invoices, direct debits and the dungeoning in our ERP system. You can also handle the preconfiguration and number runs. Member service: You are the professional voice of the Senate – whether on the phone or by email. You serve our members in all administrative matters and inquiries. Data Management: You keep our CRM and ERP systems clean and up-to-date. Data quality is the basis for excellent service.

You have completed commercial training and at least 3 years of professional experience – ideally where numbers meet people (bookkeeping/member service). MS Office (especially Excel) is your daily companion. You bring experience with CRM and ERP systems (DATEV knowledge is a significant plus). You work independently, analytically and think solution-oriented. You have the pleasure of team-wide cooperation and communicate safely at eye level.
