Your job:

• Own-sponsored creation of construction applications, works,

and detailed planning documents– focusing on single and two-family houses

• Planning talks with customers on the construction application and work plan

• Interface function between authorities, subcontractors and contractors

• Compilation of additional costs from the planning talks

Your profile:

• Complete study of architecture

• Multiannual professional experience in civil engineering desirable, ideally in residential construction

• Funded knowledge in common CAD software and MS Office

• High level of willingness to design, economic thinking and technical understanding

• Self-employed, structured and conscientious work

• Communication strength and joy at work in the team and in direct contact with builders
