AI Manager (Digital Transformation & Innovation)

What you do with us As an AI manager*in the areas of digital transformation and innovation, small and medium-sized companies support technology and knowledge transfer with focus on artificial intelligence. Your duties include:

• Consultation and initial support of companies around the topic Artificial Intelligence, for example with the help of AI speaking hours, use case workshops and practical feasibility checks in the context of Generativer AI
• Scouting of AI providers from NRW, answering technology- and market-related questions from network actors and contributing to specialist contributions and speech transcripts focusing on AI
• Address and networking of companies with research institutions and technology providers at national, federal and EU level
• If necessary Organisation of specialist and network events such as the AI2GO or the KI Meetup NRW
• Creation of market and technology assessments and reports for relevant stakeholders
• Representation of the national competency platform to the outside at trade fairs and conferences as well as takeover of lectures and presentations.

What you bring

• Completed academic studies (Master, Diploma) in an economic, natural or engineering science specialist
• Excellent academic achievements and analytical skills
• Professional experience in consulting small and medium-sized enterprises and a deep understanding of their needs and processes in the context of AI
• Knowledge of innovation management, first practical experience in implementing AI projects or application-related technology transfer
• Technical expertise and experience in implementing AI workflows or Agentic AI are advantageous
• Interest in AI technologies, AI regulators and technology transfer funding instruments, and the willingness to develop actively in this area
• Own initiative and results-oriented, independent working
• Professional appearance, communication strength and joy in networking
• General readiness to travel, primarily in NRW
• German and English fluent in word and writing (at least C1)
