For more than 50 years, Wels Spezialbau GmbH has been a medium-sized family-run company based in Berlin, which specialises in concrete maintenance. With around 35 employees in administration and construction sites, we are a well-established team that enjoys an excellent reputation in the industry. Our focus is on the sustainable renovation and maintenance of concrete structures, from historic buildings and bridges to modern industrial facilities and complex infrastructure projects.

We are looking for a building manager (m/w/d) for the implementation and management of demanding construction projects in concrete maintenance.

Technical management and coordination of construction projects in the field of concrete maintenance. Responsibility for the proper implementation of the construction projects in compliance with quality, cost and time requirements. Monitoring and control of construction sites, including personnel deployment planning, material procurement and technical coordination. Communication with clients, authorities, suppliers and subcontractors – both during planning and during execution. Creation of building site reports and documentation and ensuring the construction requirements. Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection at the construction site.

Degree: Successfully completed studies as a civil engineer (Dipl.-Ing. or Bachelor). Continuing training: A SIVV-Schein and/or Qualified Leader/Fachbauleiter for concrete maintenance. Professional experience: At least 10 years of experience in civil engineering and 3 years of concrete repair. Expertise: You have a well-founded knowledge of concrete maintenance, are calculatory-proof (BauSU) and are well-structured. Negotiating skills: You are experienced in negotiations with clients, after-contractors and suppliers and can act confidently and purposefully. Organisational skills: You are used to organize and control complex construction projects and keep an overview even in stressful situations.
