• Responsibility for general doors and reception activities - operation of the telephone system and monitoring of technical safety equipment - implementation of control procedures on the premises - ensuring compliance with safety regulations - communication with visitors and employees

• Certificate examination according to §34a GewO or another higher-quality qualification (e.g. GSSK) - Reliability, Flexibility and Teamability - Standing to the shift service - Good German knowledge in word and writing - Sovereign handling of people and situations
