As an integral general planner, we offer a profound expertise in the fields of architecture, structural design, building technology, sustainability, fire protection and project management. Our planning team deals with complex planning and construction tasks across typology and develops sustainable solutions.

Leadership and support of an integral project team as part of the execution of planning and general planning projects for GU, GU, TU and EPC projects over all project phases of project management Development of complex building projects (e.g. office and administrative buildings, universities, public buildings, stadiums, arsenals) and infrastructure projects in civil and civil engineering (e.g. hospitals, industrial buildings, management) and in the context of alternative contract models and settlement concepts such as e.g. B. IPA, ECI, Partnering and EPCM Implementation by means of state-of-the-art PM methods such as Lean and Agil to ensure schedules, budget specifications and building quality Proactive coordination and management of the cooperation of all project participants Analysis and preparation of technical, economic and legal project data Creation of technical concepts, presentations and project documents Support and cooperation with the higher-level GU/TU project management and the EPC team Coordination and coordination with the operational project and construction management, the superordinate project management, the builder and the other project participants

Completed academic and technical training (Uni, FH) in the field of architecture, construction or economics At least 3 - 5 years of professional experience in comparable activities Experience in dealing with the relevant rules and software applications Passion for building and project management Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English are advantageous Willingness to project-dependent journeys according to requirements Team player*in with motivated, independent working and strong communication skills
