In close cooperation with our customers, we develop specific, complex electronic test solutions in the safety-critical environment with 60 employees.

You will process multiple alerts (RFP/RFI/RFQ) simultaneously. Time requirements are respected by correct prioritization and progress monitoring. You work externally with our customers and internally with different business areas (distribution, finance, project management, technology, legal department). You make sure that Averna's business offer is well suited to the customer's expectations and meets the specified standards. You set up tender documents and coordinate all measures to determine cost estimates You make sure that all regulations relating to state customers are complied with (price rules, public tenders, export control, secrecy levels, security regulations) If necessary, you work with the procurement to determine and review material costs and delivery times. For the correct information situation, you work together with sales manager to develop the pricing strategy and together with the financial department to develop the cost structure. You communicate in time with internal stakeholders (sales managers, executives) in the event of a contractual deviation or inconsistency in fulfilling a customer requirement. You check and approve orders, including the review of the terms of sale (commercial and at least legal). You are in contact with customers if necessary to coordinate changes. You plan and guide all related meetings, including commercial business meetings, to discuss proposals for approval by management You act as a connection point to the project start teams as well as for the accounting. With the help of the CRM tool (Salesforce), you carefully collect all related activities and permits. You check and approve offers from other colleagues. In administrative terms, you support the sales manager in all logistical tasks necessary for the conclusion of contracts (delivery forms, certificates, etc.) both in the private and public sectors.

Degree: Bachelor in Business Administration or a related field. Experience in offering creation and cost analysis. Experience with public sector customers is beneficial. Skills: Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as knowledge in Salesforce, public pricing and public procurement regulations are beneficial. Advantages: knowledge in the fields of electronics industry, telecommunications, aerospace and automotive industry. Experience with Salesforce (as administrator or developer) Result-oriented: Excellent communication and relationship skills as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Current knowledge of English and German in word and writing are a prerequisite.
