Assistant (m/w/d) Management Location: Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler

You have fun: You like to see through, are the creator (m/w/d) in the background and only satisfied if every day brings something new? You don't get any rest so fast, organizing is exactly your thing and you love it when everything works smoothly? You like to feel at home in your team and know what you're doing? Then you're right with us. You coordinate and organize the daily routine for our management. You prepare dates and take care of all matters relating to travel planning and settlement. You accompany strategic projects and keep the threads together. The Executive Office team will be supported by you in all related activities. You take care of contacts to customers, business partners and other external stakeholders.

You have a successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial merchant (m/w/d), Kaufmann (m/w/d) for office management, wholesale and foreign trade merchant (m/w/d) etc., or you have a comparable (university) degree. You already have experiences in the secretariat or assistance area and have an eye for detail. A safe handling of the current MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint, will make everyday life easier. A high degree of trustworthiness and discretion are of course for you. Service orientation as well as a high communication and team capability are yours. Personal and written communication in German and English is easy for you.
