Project Management Research + Development (m/f/d)

Project management You completely control projects across the entire product development process and ensure that agreed targets are achieved. In doing so, decision-making processes moderate, take over risk and change management and ensure a transparent coordination of all stakeholders. Project controlling You plan budgets, resources and dates, monitor their compliance and report regularly on the progress of the project. You recognise deviations early and initiate targeted measures to secure project targets. Leadership and cooperation You lead and motivate interdisciplinary teams, coordinate external partners and create a productive working environment through clear communication and target orientation. You promote constructive cooperation, resolve conflicts sovereignly and strengthen team cohesion. Requirements management You translate project-specific product requirements into testable technical solutions, define acceptance criteria and accompany validations up to the successful implementation. Communication and reporting You provide a transparent flow of information, prepare decisions structuredly and present results convincingly to internal and external stakeholders.

Complete technical university studies, ideally in the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual relevant professional experience in managing complex development projects Impressed leadership and communication strength as well as high social competence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders Experience in leadership, motivation and further development of interdisciplinary teams Funded knowledge of common project management methods (classical and agile) and their practical application Analytical thinking, structured working and a high degree of self-initiative and sense of responsibility
