Energy consulting: You advise the Gewobag on the energy supply of large renovation projects. Existing concepts analyze and guide clear recommendations. Comparative studies: For district heating and local heating/heat pump systems, you will begin comparative studies. You evaluate technical, legal and economic requirements. On this basis, you develop decision bases. Assessment of existing systems: You carefully check the condition of heating and hot water systems. The focus is on the use of renewable energies. From this, you can derive concrete modernization needs. Photovoltaics & Power Heat Linkage: A PV strategy develops and test holistic. You include potentials, technical feasibility and legal aspects. You systematically evaluate options for linking power generation and heat supply. Project management & contractor representation: In the role of contractor representation, you control the planning of the renovation of heat supply systems. You coordinate service providers and planners and pay attention to dates, quality and costs. Strategic concept development: guidelines and target images for energy and supply concepts are developed together with the disciplines. Sustainability, climate goals, mobility and new technologies are integrated into your concepts. So you actively shape the energy future of the Gewobag.

Studies: You have a degree in regenerative energies, mechanical engineering, economic engineering or a comparable degree course and already have over 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar position – ideally in a planning office or in the energy industry. Professional experience: In doing so, you have built up a profound understanding of technical relationships and the peculiarities of the energy industry and can safely bring this knowledge into your projects. With very good project management skills, you plan, tax and monitor tasks structured, do not lose sight of deadlines or budget or quality and conduct projects targeted to success. Working methods: In your working day, you take responsibility, meet decisions and trade proactively, instead of reacting. You recognize challenges at an early stage, approach them in a solution-oriented manner and work in the team without losing your own role. Language knowledge: You also have German knowledge on at least B2 level, so that you can safely exchange with internal and external partners in writing and oral.
