Tasks

• Part of a management team in a large service with its own management responsibility, (including personnel responsibility) for a group of integration assistants
• Planning, coordination, representations and documentation of operations at schools
• Collaboration with the IA, the pupils with care and their caregivers and relevant disciplines
• Communication and coordination with schools teachers and other cooperation partners
• Regular close exchange with the service provider (e.g. Youth Office) incl. Reporting
• Ensuring smooth administrative and coordination processes (internal and external) and evaluating these processes
• Joint responsibility for quality development and training planning
• Economic control in the management team
• Cooperation in development and concept work for inclusion and participation

Your profile

• completed studies in social, educational or comparable fields or comparable qualifications
• Experience in coordination and organisation of teams in integration assistance, including incorporation, guidance and support
• Experiences in the handling of service providers and associated administrative processes
• Ability to work efficiently and efficiently in a highly complex task area
• High communication and organizational competence A sense of responsibility and a high degree of expertise
• Ability to independent and collegial decision-making
• Relevant knowledge SGB VIII and SGB IX, GDPR
• Comprehensive knowledge Protection contract for child welfare (§8a SGB VIII,) digital affinity, safe handling of relevant software
• Car driver's license + willingness to use your own car
