Model-based planning of residential, commercial, industrial and public facilities in close coordination and cooperation with internal construction and planning stakeholders Creation of design and execution plans with the help of modern CAD software Creation of calculations and schemes Technical guidance of internal system planners:inside independent project management and Work in the performance phases 1-5 of the HOAI Negotiations with intra-group clients Coordination and control of the process of the planning project Creation of schedules for the TGA works in coordination with the other planning participants (Generalplaner:in, Architekt:in, Tragwerksplaner:in) Economic optimization of TGA plant systems, including with regard to sustainability Monthly project execution and earnings control

Successfully completed studies in the field of building technology, electrical engineering, completed training as:in building technology or comparable Experience in planning and project planning Cross-trade knowledge (e.g. MSR of advantage) Knowledge of the performance phases of HOAI 1-5 Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office, CAD applications (AutoCAD-MEP, Revit), the common design software (e.g. linear) Good knowledge of relevant technical regulations (DIN, VDI) and contract law (VOB, BGB) Conceptual thinking, cost awareness, a structured, holistic way of working and the ability to work independently and team skills complete your profile
