Welcome to Allianz This is what awaits you as a trainee in insurance management (m/w/d) In the training program for insurance management, you will receive an intensive training with a steep learning curve over 24 months, which is precisely tailored to you.

You are open to various possibilities: you will get to know the core business in the field of companies and gain experience with strategic projects, e.g. in the field of electromobility. You work with marketing and growth initiatives and learn about product development and portfolio management. Or you can get to know the control of the plant (force, private protection, accident). Among other things, you will immerse yourself in topics such as customer satisfaction, capacity management and agile transformation and, for example, deal with process analysis and optimization.

Your:e personal:r Mentor:in helps you plan your further career steps, gives you feedback on your achievements and supports you in your development.

You are not only in close contact with other trainees, but you also learn a lot of colleagues across the group: you know and visit workshops and seminars. So you build a strong network.

This is what you bring with you as a trainee in insurance management (m/w/d) Expertise: You have successfully completed your studies in the field of BWL, VWL or a comparable course of study or are close to it. As part of internships, an honorary office or as a working student, you could already gain first professional experience. Ideally, you bring project experience and/or have contact points with the topics controlling/customer satisfaction.

Motivation: You love learning new things and growing at challenges. Your analytical and conceptual skills will benefit you.

Teamplaying: You are a communication talent, you like to work in the team and bring a lot of own initiative.
