Currently we are looking for you as a specialist for operational purchasing (m/w/d).

Their main task is to ensure material and parts availability. The sales day business is responsible for monitoring scheduling by active and preventive follow-up. In addition, you take over the reclamation processing (rewinding, replacement procurement, including commercial clarification with the supplier and accounting, e.g. via load). You carry out the clarification and release of invoice differences due to quantity or price deviations, surcharges, etc. You are responsible for master data management, in particular procurement and dispo-relevant parameters and monitoring the topicality of supplier certificates You also work with suppliers and internal interfaces, in particular strategic purchasing, production planning and control, logistics, construction, quality.

You have a completed commercial training and/or specialist high debt diploma, branch of business with a focus on purchasing. Professional experience in purchasing is desirable. You have well-founded SAP knowledge (material management) as well as very good MS Office knowledge. You dominate the German and English languages in word and writing. Self-employed, quality-conscious and solution-oriented working methods, team spirit communication skills, negotiation skills and enforcement skills complete your profile.
