We are looking for an employee Process Excellence (m/w/d) for the operation of railway logistics in full time. This activity is carried out at the Dormagen, Leverkusen and Krefeld-Uerdingen site. The seat is Dormagen.

Your main tasks:

Risk management incl. ongoing risk assessments for changes according to CSM VO 402

Continuous monitoring according to VO 1078

Development and review of the effectiveness of action plans

Implementation of internal and external audits

Creation of safety targets and safety reports and their timely delivery

Supplier management

Examination of e.g. driver

Budget Planning and Control

Introduction of measures to increase safety motivation

Implementation of safety walks

Vehicles and maintenance incl. Monitoring, further development

Monitoring the compliance of rules of all personnel

Monitoring and participation of the recruitment process of operational personnel

Monitoring of operations

Monitoring of training and retraining of employees with safety-related tasks

Monitoring the service allocation of the operational staff from the safety point of view

Responsible for the organisation of the emergency management system

Analysis of occupational accidents and incidents including the derivation of action plans

Analysis and evaluation of occupational accidents and incidents including the derivation of action plans

Advising the management and participation of new transport projects and increasing operational safety

Communication to clients, authorities and other stakeholders in the process of safe provision of services

Voting with other EVUs and EIUs

Participation and implementation of meetings related to security issues

Maintaining working time and accident prevention regulations

Maintaining rules

completed training in a technical profession desirable or technical understanding

Driving licence Kl. B, brake sampler, qualification for the ranking companion

knowledge of the safety/quality management system, environmental law

Good track and location knowledge

Good vehicle knowledge on the trained and tested vehicles

Very good knowledge of operational procedures and safety systems on infrastructures to be operated

Extremely good knowledge of railway operating regulations and laws in handling hazardous goods as other responsible person according to GGVSEB

Very good knowledge of emergency management and accident investigation

Driving licence Kl. B

Knowledge in MS-Office and SAP

German in Word and Writing, English desirable
