For one of our well-known customer companies, we are now looking for a full-time employee in the Export (m/w/d) sales service, also for direct personal placement.

Your tasks:

• Customer support: Responsibility for the comprehensive supervision of a defined customer base from industry, trade and trade – from offer to payment receipt.
• Supply and order management: creation of offers, tracking of orders and coordination of all internal processes for scheduled delivery.
• Communication: Close coordination with international customers and internal departments to ensure smooth handling.
• Data maintenance: maintenance and updating of customer data and documentation in the CRM system.

They bring with them:

• Training: completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as a merchant for wholesale and foreign trade, industrial merchant, forwarding merchant (m/w/d) or comparable.
• Language knowledge: flowing German, English and good French knowledge in word and writing.
• Technical understanding: Safe handling of technical product information and interest in technical processes.
• IT competence: Safe handling of MS Office applications and ideally experience with CRM systems.
• Experience: First professional experience in sales is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary.
