You are able to tax service agreements (e.g. SLAs, performance certificates) and bring customers to a table. In the transition phase of new services, you take responsibility and drive for a smooth start. Customer requirements: You recognize early, analyze them accurately and translate them into sustainable solutions. You always have a look at the quality of our services – you actively tax and make sure that we live together. With your view for the whole, you continuously develop our service processes and introduce new impulses. Vulnerabilities or uncertainties in the delivery of services You quickly identify and close them sustainably. You encourage trusted communication with our customers and strengthen long-term cooperation. Together with Account Management, you work to strategically expand customer relationships.

You bring well-founded experience in IT service management – ideally in complex customer environments. ITIL, project and process management are not buzzwords for you, but living practice. Your thinking is clearly service- and customer-oriented – you never lose sight of the product. In communication you convince with empathy, clarity and negotiation skills. You trade solution-oriented, interpret key figures securely and use them for control and further development.
