Development and implementation of national marketing and sales projects to optimise business performance Analysis, optimization and standardization of existing business processes along the value chain Conception and implementation of new approaches to increasing efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction Close cooperation with specialist departments to identify potential for improvement (in particular external services, internal services and back office) Development of KPIs and process indicators for the ongoing evaluation of measures Control of sector-wide optimization and digitization projects (especially focusing on the CRM system) Training and documentation of procedures, procedures, cutting points and work instructions Support for change management initiatives

Completed studies in the field of economic engineering, business, process management or comparable First experience in the field of commercial excellence or process management, ideally in re­spected industries (e.g. Medtech, Pharma, Healthcare) Impressed analytical thinking and structured working methods Safe occurrence, strong moderation and communication skills Ideally experience in handling CRM systems such as Salesforce Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time Team-oriented mode of work and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
