settlement of debitor and creditor accounting as well as booking and voting of current business incidents Management of plant accounting and maintenance and clarification of accounts and master data in the ERP system Participation in the creation of monthly and annual accounts and preparation of sales tax forecasts and statistics Monitoring of open items, execution of dunning, processing and booking of provisions and warranty cases Payment transactions including online banking, bank and cash bookings and credit card bills Creation of reports and evaluations for management and banks as well as support in budget planning, controlling and communication with banks, insurance companies and financial authorities

Completed commercial training, ideally with continuing training in financial or accounting Professional experience in financial accounting with good knowledge in debitor and creditor accounting Experience in plant accounting as well as in the production of monthly and annual accounts Knowledge of payment, receivable management and tax reporting Secure handling of SAP R3 and MS Office Good knowledge of German in word and writing
