F&B Manager (m/f/d)

As a F&B Manager (m/w/d), you are more than a link – you are the tactor in the daily business that keeps an overview, shapes it and motivates people. Together with the R&B Director, you will ensure that quality, service and economic thinking are perfectly combined – especially in our à-la-carte-outlets. Your tasks include: You are present in operational everyday life and support your teams where it counts You keep in mind storage, orders and flows of goods – transparent and efficient With your team, you provide an attentive, personal service at a consistently high level You analyze revenues, costs and processes – and always think one step further You are contact persons for employees, colleagues – and especially for our guests You make menus and drinks with – creative, market-oriented and practical You support budget and monthly planning together with the R&B Director You not only think with, but ahead – in training, standards and team development And you are responsible for safety, quality and good work throughout the R&B sector

You have successfully completed a training in the hotel industry or gastronomy – ideally with first leadership experience in the R&B sector. You bring passion for hostages and perform confidently – both in German and in English. You also keep an overview in lively situations and organize your tasks independently. You have a good feeling for people – whether guests, colleagues or external partners. You communicate clearly, like working in the team and stay motivated under pressure. You are flexible, reliable and work structured. You have a class B driving licence and a separate vehicle. You are ready to take care of shift and weekend services, especially at events. Remarkable (but not a must): Experience in projects or pre-openings
