Planning and organisation of shipments of goods within the EU and third countries Production of shipping documents and commercial invoices for domestic and foreign countries Export documentation for lorries, sea and air, in compliance with all external economic requirements Creation of documents for import shipments and import customs processing with forwarding and customs declarations Creation of documents for export shipments and export customs processing including ATLAS (SAP- GTS module) and creation of electronic certificates of origin by means of IHK Portal Identification of export control-relevant input and output freight and notification to the export agent Creation of Intrastat Messages for Germany and Austria

Completed vocational training for forwarding or industrial businesswoman with additional qualification Long-standing experience in export or shipping Very good expertise in external economic law, customs and export regulations Methodology competence in planning, organization and time management, change management Very good communication capability and conflictability and reliability Secure handling of SAP knowledge (HANA/S4 + GTS) and MS Office Excel/Word/PP Very good German and good English skills
