Your duties include the technical instruction and coordination of the assigned employees. They work proactively in the day-to-day business, including the control of the team and the coordination with the MRP departments. You are responsible for incorporating new employees into the team. You take control of compliance with the relevant procedures and work instructions and the communication of all relevant information from the branch to the team.

A successfully completed training as a specialist (m/w/d) for warehouse logistics or alternatively a completed comparable vocational training and relevant technical experience in the handling camp. Ideally, you also have corresponding leadership experience. The possession of a fork certificate is indispensable. Responsive and independent action is just as natural for you as the ability to work quickly into changing processes and make appropriate decisions. Communication skills, motivation and enforcement skills are just as good as the joy of working with the team.
