Due to our ongoing expansion, we are looking for an international plant engineering in our headquarters in Langenhagen near Hannover Position: Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Commercial order processing and support for international projects (e.g. supplementary offers, order confirmations, delivery deadline tracking, shipping, invoice delivery etc.) Auditing and clarification of open points with technology and accounting as well as clearance of accounts Creation of international services, orders, invoices and complaints Adjustable and monitoring of delivery dates with suppliers, subcontractors and the parent company Installation of articles and creditors as well as master data management in the ERP system Business Central Ensuring a smooth process in the goods entry and exit (commercial acceptance, receipt of goods, stock storage/delivery) picking, packaging and shipping of the goods as well as independent processing of shipping orders including the creation and request of all necessary export relevant documents for international shipping Searching and examining tax issues in EU and third countries

Successfully completed commercial training with several years of professional experience and relevant further training, or completed studies in the field of business management or logistics Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Professional experience in the commercial planning and execution of projects Knowledge of commercial contract law Experience in the field of export/external trade and logistics desirable Self-working, personal commitment and high sense of responsibility Teamability, flexibility and fun at work in contact with international colleagues Structured, time-right, independent and purpose-conscious operation
