HSE Manager for Construction Projects Industry (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the implementation and compliance of HSE policies in the construction of data centers Development, implementation and monitoring of occupational safety, health and environmental concepts Implementation of risk assessments and risk analyses Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal standards Planning and implementation of training and instruction for employees and foreign companies Implementation of audits, inspections and visits Analysis of accidents and incidents and derivation of prevention measures Cooperation with authorities, clients and internal stakeholders Support in emergency and crisis management processes Documentation and reporting of relevant HSE key figures

Complete study or comparable qualification in the field of safety, environment, engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience in HSE, ideally in data centers, construction projects or technical infrastructure Experience in handling audits and management systems (e.g. ISO 45001, ISO 14001) Very good English knowledge of word and writing – English only possible / good German knowledge of advantage Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Communication strength and enforcement capacity Readiness to travel within Berlin and Brandenburg
