Their focus is on all measures relating to the planning and implementation of festivals from a regulatory perspective. This includes, in particular, cooperation with the organisers and specialist authorities, the assessment of risks, the examination of the safety concepts submitted for plausibility and completeness, the adoption of regulatory arrangements and orders. This applies to events of local communities (e.g. notions, carnival events, wine festivals and hikes, ...) as well as to events of private individuals (e.g. court festivals, music events, ...). It is also important to establish markets.

Your profile/ qualifications: Completed vocational training as an administrative specialist with at least 20 years of professional experience in public service, or training as an administrative specialist Professional knowledge of the areas of event safety is desirable Good oral and written expressability A structured and targeted approach Organisational strength, structured and independent working Communication strength, negotiation skills and safe occurrence High level of reliability and sense of responsibility Safe handling of MS Office Willingness to further and further training
