Technical direction: You control the employees of the EMSR department and continuously develop the technical workflows and processes. You are responsible for instruction, risk assessments, framework teaching plans and their documentation. Operation: You ensure safe, trouble-free and regular operation of all EMSR systems. In addition, you plan maintenance, maintenance and repairs as well as the acquisition of EMSR technology within the framework of budget requirements. Project management: You participate in technical projects, support tenders and framework contracts and accompany construction measures in the EMSR environment. Process optimization: You analyze processes, disturbances and processes, conduct measures and develop technical standards. Monitoring and management of measures You are generating technical data, statistics and fault images and supporting maintenance and investment planning. Team spirit: You take over the organization and security of the standby service of the specialist group and also actively participate in it.

Education: You have a completed training as a master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d), preferably in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology or comparable. You own the class B license. Personality: You already have experience in managing employees and appreciate a cooperative, value-adding approach. In addition, you are characterized by communication skills, self-employment, implementation skills and readiness to change. Experience: Ideally, you will bring knowledge of water/water management as well as relevant regulations of electrical engineering, work and operational safety, DIN, VDE, VOB. IT knowledge: You have very good knowledge of the use of standard IT applications as well as specific applications such as SAP, resources management.
