Your role: Coach, Stratege and Quality Garant As a team leader (m/w/d) you take on the holistic responsibility for your team, for the stability of our service processes and for the excellence in customer interaction. In this key role you are coach, structural engineer, motivator and Sparring partner at the same time and make sure that our service promise is redeemed every day.

You guide your internal team professionally as well as disciplinary – clear, fair and motivating and support it operatively. You control day-to-day operations and are responsible for the smooth handling of all service processes to ensure long-term customer satisfaction. You maintain close cooperation with other specialist departments, in particular sales and laboratory You actively promote the individual potential of your employees through targeted further development, regular feedback, target and development talks You create stable team structures and are responsible for personnel and deployment planning. You continuously analyze and optimize workflows to increase efficiency and quality. You control your team transparently via industry-standard KPIs (accessibility, processing time, service quality) and keep the performance in mind.

Successfully completed commercial training / training as an office businesswoman with strong reference to customer support. You bring multi-year, detectable leadership experience in the customer service, contact center or back office environment, including personnel responsibility. Optionally you have experience in the medical environment (e.g. as MFA, doctor helper) You are experienced in handling modern contact center technologies (ACD, CRM, AI solutions) and have practical experience in optimizing service processes. Their mode of operation is structured, independent and highly customer-oriented. You combine entrepreneurial thinking and result orientation with a hands-on mentality. You convince with pronounced communication and social competence, enforcement capacity and a safe and linguistic appearance.
