IT Administrator (m/f/d)

As an administrator for the field of clinical IT, you have a decisive responsibility for the smooth functioning and further development of our IT infrastructure. Your main tasks include: System administration: care, maintenance and monitoring of clinical IT systems, troubleshooting and performance optimization User Management: Responsibility for the administration of user accounts, permissions and access controls in cooperation with the specialist departments for clinical IT systems Security Management: Implementation and monitoring of security policies, regular audits and implementation of measures to ensure a high level of safety Software implementation: Support for the installation, configuration and updating of clinical software, including interface management and service provider coordination Support and Training: Second Level Support for IT Inquiries in Clinical Area, Training for Staff Documentation: Maintenance of documentation on IT systems, configurations and actions

Complete training in IT, ideally focusing on system administration or comparable qualification Knowledge and experience in IT administration or clinical systems Practical experience in system administration ideally in the hospital environment Understanding the security aspects in IT and experience in implementing security policies Good communication skills to interact effectively with different stakeholders and users Quick understanding to quickly identify and solve IT problems High readiness and flexibility as well as understanding of the concerns of existence Team skills: team-oriented working and willingness to work together in an interdisciplinary environment Very good knowledge of German (at least C1 level) we require

Remuneration takes place according to TVöD/VKA with all other services of the public service. Highly disabled applicants are preferably taken into account with the same suitability and competence. There is basically the possibility of parttime employment. .
