About us As Senior Customer Technical Program Manager (m/w/d)*, you are the central technical interface between strategic customers from the consumer electronics industry and internal engineering, R&D, production, quality, supply chain, sales and operations. You are responsible for international customer programs from the development phase to series production and ensure the successful implementation of technical, commercial and operational requirements. Your duties Control of complex development, qualification, industrialization and ramp-up projects Translation of customer requirements into concrete technical and operational measures Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams Responsibility for appointment, resource, risk and escalation management Moderation of customer meetings, project meetings and steering committees Ensuring effective communication between customers and internal functions Identification of business potentials and support in the development of new applications Establishing long-term customer relationships as well as supporting production approaches and capacity expansions Regular reporting to management and stakeholders In short, You are the central contact for the customer and ensure that technical developments are successfully, on time and economically transferred to series production.
