Our team of 790 employees is responsible for around 3,100 patients each year, both adults and young people from 12 years. The clinic is an academic teaching hospital of LMU Munich and cooperates with numerous other universities. To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a dedicated patient caregiver (m/w/d) in full or part-time with at least 20 hours a week. Support for electoral performance patients: You take over the reception as well as the service-oriented care of our electoral service patients. Advice and patient service: You advise elective services patients about our services and support them as a contact person. Complaint management: You are contact person for concerns and complaints and contribute to a solution-oriented processing. Administrative tasks: You take over general administrative and organizational activities in the daily business.

You have a completed training as a hotel specialist or office manager (m/w/d). You bring the willingness to work on weekends and holidays. Commitment, flexibility, resilience as well as very good communicative skills are what you stand for. You have profound knowledge of MS Office applications. A high level of friendliness and customer orientation is of course for you. You like to work in the team and bring pleasure in a service-oriented activity.
