Staff development seminars for junior and executives as well as further training seminars for employees: The internal and external trainers design and organize workshops and look forward to your support and active participation in these measures The creation of training and presentation documents for seminars and workshops also includes your tasks You support the team through internet research and organizational and event management You will get to know applied transformation/Change management as well as strategy consulting and thus gain an insight into the activities of an internal management consultancy You work with concepts of employer attractiveness, employee retention and talent management Team days: You get the opportunity to design and moderate them It is also part of your tasks to design, organize and carry out the monthly intern Jour Fixe Staff development and transformation concepts of Daimler Buses: You'll get to know the bus concepts and the work in Daimler Truck AG

THERE WHAT YOU WANT TO UN You are currently studying economics or social sciences (possibly with a focus on staff or organization), psychology, pedagogy (focus on adult education) or an equivalent course of study Through a safe occurrence in front of larger groups, a conscientious procedure, a structured and independent procedure You Your strengths are team and communication skills You have good to very good English skills Your knowledge of MS standard software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) are good Travel readiness does not pose a problem for you (car guide ticket desirable) You're not bringing everything?
