In this exciting position you are responsible for various topics:

Market development & strategy development You take on the development and implementation of a Go-to-Market strategy for the foreign market with a focus on e-commerce. Also recognizes and identifies our market opportunities, adopts competitive analyses and positioning our brand in the foreign market. Construction & Optimization of Processes You are also responsible for establishing efficient processes in the HQ to support the market and coordinate with stakeholders in logistics, customer service, marketing and product development teams to ensure smooth eCom expansion. e-commerce growth & sales growth You are responsible for scaling sales while focusing on other KPIs such as margin development, repurchase rates, new customer quotas etc. by improving advertising efficiency, conversion rate and retention measures. Partnerships & Business Development Your own responsibility is to build and maintain strategic partnerships with relevant players in the market, such as influencers, affiliate partners, tool providers, agencies and platforms. Identification of new distribution channels for market penetration. Performance Tracking & Reporting In addition, the monitoring and analysis of various KPIs is your responsibility to derive data-based measures for the continuous optimization of eCom performance and regular reporting to management.

You bring a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (ideally focusing on eCommerce) or a similar degree with At least 3-5 years of experience in online trading (eCommerce) you have already collected Your extensive eCom experience in foreign markets can be fully developed with us Ideally you already have “Entrepreneurial” experience, you like to work independently and can fully experience your proactivity in this task Your stay abroad will help you develop these exciting tasks Since we want to gain an international foothold, you can use your fluent knowledge of German and English - oral and written Your very good analytical understanding and your Excel skills make it easy for you to advance the daily business First experiences with Shopware would be an advantage for us Other languages (French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch) would be an advantage for you
