Fast Track to Leadership - Supply Chain & Operations Traineeship

Then start with our Fast Track to Leadership Traineship at Picnic: In just two years, you develop into the leadership position as Operations Manager and take responsibility of teams, processes and strategic projects along our supply chain. Hands-on, data-driven and with real impact. Year 1: Operational excellence & leadership from scratch Onboarding & Entry: You start with a structured onboarding, build a strong network and get to know our Fulfilment Center (FC) from scratch. Layer line in FC: At approx. 3 days a week you take the responsibility of a shift as a supervisor. You plan, coordinate, and run your team - and experience from the first day how operational decisions have direct influence on our performance. Leadership & Coaching: Through mentorings, trainings on leadership, feedback and motivation you learn how to develop people, create clarity and master challenging situations. Own projects with Impact: You identify optimization potentials in operational everyday life and implement independently improvement projects on your project days, increase productivity, simplify processes and permanently solve bottlenecks. Year 2: Leadership with effect across locations (Inter)national Perspective: Take the chance and bring your knowledge to another Picnic location - nationally or internationally - or get to know another department along our supply chain. You take responsibility in a new environment with new teams and grow beyond you. Strategic projects: You work on cross-site initiatives, e.g. optimizing our ordering processes or supporting new (automated) FCs. With your operational know-how and your analytical view, you will raise our supply chain to the next level. After the Fast Track, many doors are open to you: as experienced operations manager or in other positions within Picnic.
