Self-contained contact with Telekom employees and potential customers Competent consultation, support and implementation of informative sales calls by telephone (optionally by fax and e-mail) etc. for exchange of tariffs, contract extensions and optimizations provide information on products, prices or tariffs Up and Cross Selling Customer recovery Ensuring customer satisfaction and the quality requirements of the client
