As an Analyst M&A Advisory (m/w/d), you advise clients on the preparation and implementation of demanding transactions and thus contribute to sustainable decisions and implementation of corporate strategies. Overview: With your team you will develop operational/financial models and process documents, such as information memorands, management presentations and term sheets. Completion in economics focusing on financing, corporate assessment, controlling or international accounting First practical experience in relevant areas (private equity, M&A or investment banking) Knowledge of how to deal with Bloomberg, Capital IQ and Mergermarket or similar external sources are beneficial, safe handling of MS Office, flexibility and good skills in presenting results Embossed Analytical and Conceptual Thinking Power and High Loadability readiness to travel and German and English very well in word and writing
