As a designer (m/w/d) mechanics, you are part of Optima Pharma. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

They develop and construct machines and plants according to the specific requirements of our customers from the pharmaceutical sector. Your solution will be in close contact with the customer and will present it in the joint design review. After a thorough analysis of the required requirements, optimize and develop existing machines and assemblies with regard to functionality and costs. For your designs, you create precise calculations that take into account all relevant cost factors. Through precise design calculations, make sure that your developments meet all functional and safety-relevant requirements. For an optimal project sequence, you actively work with sales, automation and project management.

You have successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering or mechatronics. Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification that you have acquired through practical experience in the assembly of special machines and a further training to the state-tested technician (m/w/d). They bring well-founded professional experience in a similar position in special machine construction, ideally from the pharmaceutical industry. You have experience in handling 3D CAD systems, preferably Creo Elements/Direct Modeling, and have well-founded SAP and MS Office skills. They think analytically, identify complex technical challenges and develop creative solutions. You can also quickly adapt to changing requirements, new technologies and projects. They work independently, take responsibility and develop independent solutions. Their work is structured and precise, complemented by strong communication and team skills. Your knowledge of German and English is safe to use in practice and see occasional business trips as a welcome change.
