The preparation, implementation and follow-up of dates relating to financial planning, asset analysis, asset optimization, insurance and precautionary business as well as real estate agencies and financing. Analysis of real estate portfolios, including complex assets, performing profitability calculations taking into account tax aspects and creating purchase and decision templates for customers. The support of customers in real estate acquisition and rental processes as well as the installation, maintenance and active management of software in the area of Private Banking Plus asset optimization. Advising customers in the energy development of their real estate, including rebuilding, refurbishment and modernisation, as well as in the application for funding and identifying potential for income and value enhancement. The initiation of purchase or sales consultations and coordination of cooperation with external consultants such as administrators, tax advisors, notaries and lawyers. Completion of housing financing including cross-selling and the acquisition of new customers for real estate financing. Consultation and sale of housing financing including composite products, preparation and refurbishment of financial advice and the creation of credit decisions. Maintaining the network with relevant market participants and authorities as well as creating presentations and consulting protocols. Who we wish: You have successfully completed a degree in the course of study ''Immobilienwirtschaft'', 'Bank Business Administration' or a comparable qualification You have ideally completed additional training to the Financial Consultant You have several years of experience in investment and portfolio management, investment consulting and real estate management in general In addition to general economic/economic know-how, product knowledge in the real estate and construction finance business also has extensive knowledge of the regulatory requirements in the real estate capital investment business, management, rental/sales and the tax aspects associated with it.
