You actively implement the care concept in the everyday life of the living area. You make sure that the quality standards are adhered to and support a strong teamwork. You coordinate and guide the daily processes in the living area.

Completion of a training as a nurse or nurse / health caregiver, as a nurse or nurse under the nursing law or as a nursing caregiver Multiannual practical professional experience within the last years in the learned nursing profession. This professional experience should have been acquired in the scope of a social insurance employment. If possible, proof of a management-related further education for residential management according to § 71 SGB XI of at least 460 hours
